Infinite Group, Inc. (IGI) Awarded L3 Vertex Aerospace Contract

Pittsford, NY, September 4, 2008

September 4, 2008 – Infinite Group, Inc. (OTCBB: IMCI), today announced that it has been awarded a contract by L3 Vertex Aerospace (L3 Vertex); a subsidiary of L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL), to support the Office of the Information Technology Director at L3 Vertex Aerospace’s operation in Madison, Mississippi.

Under the agreement, IGI will provide the IT Director’s office with high-level technology support. Infinite Group will deliver a comprehensive set of services aligned with the Director’s initiatives for Information Technology modernization. The initial task is to provide business and systems analysis to define, design, and build systems that integrate the L3 Vertex business with modern technology to support L3 Vertex Aerospace’s mission.
